Rising death toll as Israel strikes civilian areas across Lebanon

Israel conducted airstrikes across Lebanon on alleged Hezbollah sites that were in crowded civilian areas. Lebanon’s health minister says at least 274 people were killed and more than 1,000 injured. Al Jazeera’s Zeina Khodr was near Tyre as the strikes were underway.
