Olympic gender debate rages after boxer quits fight

Algerian boxer Imane Khelif won her first Olympic fight after her opponent, Italian boxer Angela Carini, quit the match. Khelif was permitted to participate in the Paris Olympics after being disqualified from the 2023 World Boxing Championships for failing a gender eligibility test.
