Heated White House exchange over Biden visits by Parkinson’s expert

The US President’s doctor has said Joe Biden has not seen a neurologist outside his annual physical health checks. A letter from the doctor was issued after heated exchanges at the White House press briefing about multiple visits to the building by a Parkinson’s disease expert.
