Tunisian lawyers protest arrest, alleged torture of colleague

Tunisian lawyers went on a one-day strike and rallied outside the judicial “Palace of Justice” after the arrest of two lawyers in the last week, one of whom was allegedly tortured in detention. This comes as opposition to repressive measures by President Kais Saied intensifies.
