The judge has just said Kami Carpenter started the fight and was most likely responsible for stabbing Cody Fisher.
He said Carpenter slapped a drink out of Mr Fisher’s hand and headbutted him.
“The attack ended when Kami Carpenter stabbed Cody Fisher in
the chest,” His Honour Paul Farrer KC said.
He said Carpenter wore distinctive Balenciaga clothing and noted the blow with the knife was delivered left-handed.
“Carpenter is left-handed,” he added.
